Court sentenced a photographer from Chernigov Oblast for illegal use of Photoshop

On August 09, 2011, Nezhinsky gorrayounnyi court of Chernigov oblast sentenced to UAH1500 fine a photographer which illegally used Photoshop in his professional entrepreneurial activity (case №1-271/11).

The guilty person had reimbursed UAH11293 of damages to the rights holder before the sentence was ruled.
